FOREWORD

I have the pleasure to introduce “What is New in IFMIS?” a quarterly IFMIS bulletin targeting all IFMIS stakeholders, with the aim of addressing several interesting and educative IFMIS issues. Our goal is to ensure that all IFMIS stakeholders take keen interest on how IFMIS will affect the future Government operations and the benefits of the project to both the Government and the Nation at large.  

This bulletin will also provide a forum for expressing your concerns through the “Letters to the IFMIS Communication Desk” (+link to email). You know you have a say on IFMIS project, your opinion counts and I want to make sure your concerns are taken into consideration.
