The Management Information Systems (MIS) section is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the integrated financial and socio-economic Management Information Systems. This section’s activities are as outlined below: -  

(a)   Carryout periodical and regular user information needs assessment in Government Ministries/Departments.

(b)  Initiates periodic and timely systems investigations with a view to determining the best way of solving problems.

(c)   Carry out detailed systems investigations, analysis and design of information needs in order to specify appropriate solutions.

(d)  Develop and implement information systems in accordance with specifications.

(e)   Carry out periodic reviews of current information systems to determine whether user needs are still met.

(f)     Carry out applications maintenance of current applications as per user requests.
