Debt Management

The Ministry of Finance and National Planning is mandated to manage public debt to meet the financing gap and ensure repayments at the lowest possible cost over the medium to long term with minimal risk. This is to be done in a transparent and accountable manner and in line with the provisions of the Public Debt Management Act No. 15 of 2022.
