The Green Paper is a consultative document derived from the Macroeconomic and fiscal framework and documents that outlines the Government’s’ medium-term intensions on how to improve and manage the economy. The Green Paper is one of the steps government has undertaken to make the budget process more transparent and consultative. It forms the basis for the preparation of the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework and the National Budget.
