The White Paper is a Medium-Term Budget Plan (MTBP) which firms up the fiscal position of the approved Budget in a stipulated financial year and provides the fiscal outlook for the years that follow in a given Medium Term period. All in all, the white paper provides Government’s performance in the medium term and policy direction for the subsequent medium term.
