To achieve this vision, the mission of this Integrated Public Financial Management Reform Strategy (IPFM-RS 2024-2027) is to plan, mobilize
and utilise public resources effectively and efficiently in an equitable, integrated, transparent, prudent and accountable manner for a prosperous Zambia.
